The new dance complex at Point Park University recently achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. At 44,000 square feet (4088 m2), the complex contains five rehearsal studios and performance spaces, with room for three additional studios.
The studios, whose work includes movies such as “Ice Age” and television programs such as “The Sopranos,” needed its New York office to facilitate high-level creativity and productivity.
This design studio achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
